Paygentic — the frontier platform for agentic commerce

Paygentic is a non-custodial, frontier platform designed to transition users to autonomous, agentic value movement powered by the AIERC standard and the Chaingentic blockchain.

AIERC is an intelligent constraint and reasoning layer for human-assisted and autonomous agentic value movement across all EVM networks. Before value moves, AIERC determines the reputation and ability of the wallets, and the suitability, intent, and security of the transaction. This shifts the environment from “the agent has enough money to buy” to “this value movement is conditionally admissible under the constraints determined by AIERC’s intelligent reasoning.”

Users can operate in two distinct modes:

  • Approval Mode: The user retains final decision-making power, guided by real-time insights from the Paygentic Point of Sale (POS) console.
  • Autonomous Mode: The POS console handles value movement directly, applying these exact same standards automatically.

Settlement and Multi-Chain Operations

The Chaingentic blockchain serves as the native settlement layer for processing internal transactions, recording both the payment and its associated AI reasoning. For transactions on external EVM networks, settlement remains on the external chain, generating its native transaction ID. On these external EVM networks, AIERC can evaluate transaction admissibility either via an SDK integration or directly through a custom RPC endpoint added to web3 wallets such as MetaMask.

Regardless of the chain, the underlying AI activity is documented on the Chaingentic blockchain with an Intelligence Transaction ID (ITXID), creating a verifiable intelligence record tied directly to the external transaction.

Using the Base wallet app?

The Base wallet app enforces strict security constraints that currently prevent accessing our intelligence layer by adding our RPC as a custom network.

To bridge this gap during our beta, we built STAXX—a modular plug-in layer designed specifically for the Base wallet. STAXX comes to you as an NFT, and acts as an open hub, meaning community developers can also build custom plugins for anything they want. If you are already using MetaMask on Base or any other supported network, you can bypass STAXX entirely; simply add our network details and let AI infusion handle the rest.

The Paygentic Point of Sale (POS)

Every deal made comes through this POS screen. While in “User Approved Mode”, the POS provides 2-way, verbal communication during the transaction between the AI and the user as the reputation and ability of the wallets, and the suitability, intent, and security of the transaction. This shifts the environment from “the agent has enough money to buy” to “this value movement is conditionally admissible under the constraints determined by AIERC’s intelligent reasoning.”

While in autonomous mode, it processes payments using the same logic, without any user communications.

Before value moves, the transaction is kept off-chain while the AI evaluation runs — on all sides of the deal. Once deemed to have met all requirements, the transaction goes on-chain for settlement.
